AOI automation tester focuses on IC’s appearance optical inspection covering all surfaces of the DUT (Device Under Test). Perform mark & surface inspection to each DUT, including surface inspection (scratch, damage and others) and mark inspection on the top of DUT. With 3 dimensions and 5 surfaces inspection, AOI tester can inspect appearance of package and pin of the DUT.
